Membership is $75 per month (please note discounted membership for prior Pentahealth Endocrinology patients expires December 31, 2025).

No charge for care between visits

Outside of your membership cost, there is no charge for portal messages, calls, timely lab and procedure review, prior authorizations, completing forms or letters, or CGM/insulin pump downloads with doctor interpretation.
