Dr. Briones and Dr. Kane are board-certified endocrinologists with over 60 years combined experience in managing diabetes and thyroid disorders in the West Chester, Pennsylvania area.
Our new Direct Endocrine Care model prioritizes the direct relationship between the patient and doctor. It cuts out the middlemen and frees the doctor to provide quality care at fair and transparent prices without the constraints of traditional practices that serve the needs of the insurance companies. We do not accept health insurance or bill any health insurance for services. The patient pays a monthly membership fee in exchange for un-rushed visits scheduled in a timely manner and deep discounts on lab tests. Many members with high-deductible insurance plans find the direct care model to be more affordable.
We are still accepting patients, but space is limited. Our goal is to prioritize our members and their health.

Scheduling an appointment is easy and convenient. If an urgent issue arises, an appointment will be offered within same week, and often on the same day.

Membership is $80 per month.
New patient consultations are $350.

Outside of your membership cost, there is no charge for portal messages, calls, timely review of labs and procedures, prior authorizations, completing forms or letters, or CGM/insulin pump downloads with doctor interpretation.
