How will I pay for visits?

Click the sign up link on our website. You will be routed to AtlasMD, our new electronic health record system, where you will be required to enter credit card information. Your credit card will be charged monthly for your membership fee. For new patients, you will pay a $100 deposit at time of booking.

If you have an HSA/FSA, you may use these funds to pay your fees.

Can I get reimbursed by my insurance?

This depends on your insurance. We advise that you call your insurance company to determine eligibility and requirements for reimbursement prior to your first visit.

Is Direct Care the same as Concierge Medicine?

No, a concierge practice model requires a monthly or annual fee to access the physician while also billing the patient’s insurance. So the patient pays a membership fee and their insurance is also billed. Direct Care does not bill insurance, and you are only charged a fee for the medical services you receive.
